Meet Alisha Hidalgo, Realtor®

A licensed Realtor® since 2018, Alisha Hidalgo brings a unique perspective to real estate shaped by her previous career as a registered nurse and her personal experience with mold.

As Utah’s first Conscious Healthy Home Certified Realtor™, Alisha helps buyers look beyond the surface of a property and consider factors that may impact their family’s health, comfort, and wellbeing. She serves clients primarily throughout Weber and Davis Counties, as well as Salt Lake, Utah, and surrounding Northern Utah communities.

Through Utah Healthy Homes, Alisha educates buyers about healthy-home considerations including moisture, indoor air quality, ventilation, building materials, radon, EMF, and other building-science factors. Her goal is to help clients ask informed questions, understand what they are seeing in a home, and connect with qualified professionals when additional expertise is needed.

For sellers, Alisha focuses on maximizing value through strategic pricing, strong marketing, and thoughtful guidance about which improvements are—and aren't—worth the investment. Her real estate accomplishments include Rookie of the Year and multiple Million Dollar Month awards.

Buyers working with Alisha also receive a free mold dog inspection. Any buyer who signs a buyer broker agreement with Alisha gets one, performed by Certified Mold Inspector Cody Hidalgo and Frankie, a Certified Mold Detection Dog, through K9 Mold Dog Inspection after going under contract, during the Due Diligence period. There are no limits on home size or distance.
