Common Questions
Is the mold dog inspection really free?
Yes. Any buyer who has signed a buyer broker agreement with me receives a free mold dog inspection by Cody and Frankie. It's performed after you go under contract, during the due diligence period. There are no limits on home size or distance: as long as I represent you, you get the free inspection.
Does it replace a general home inspection?
No. It's an additional layer of information. Buyers should still hire a licensed general home inspector and any other professionals they choose.
What if something is found?
Findings are information. I'll help you understand them, connect with licensed professionals, and weigh your options, whether that's negotiating, requesting repairs, or moving forward.
Should I test for radon in Utah?
The EPA and Utah's radon program recommend testing homes for radon. Testing is simple and is done by licensed or certified professionals. Sources: EPA and Utah DEQ.
