Inspections by Licensed Professionals

Alisha Hidalgo is a Realtor®, not a home inspector. Buyers should hire a licensed general home inspector and any other qualified professionals they choose. Radon testing is done by licensed or certified professionals.

Complimentary Mold Inspection

A free mold dog inspection is provided to buyers who have signed a buyer broker agreement with Alisha Hidalgo. It is performed through K9 Mold Dog Inspection by Cody Hidalgo, Certified Mold Inspector, with Frankie, a Certified Mold Detection Dog, after the buyer goes under contract, during the Due Diligence period. There are no limits on home size or distance. The inspection is an additional layer of information and does not replace a general home inspection. Real estate brokerage services are provided by Alisha Hidalgo, Realtor® (Utah license 7060545-SA00), with eXp Realty, LLC, 240 N East Promontory, Farmington, UT 84025, 801-499-6087.
